My current focus is Splunk and Cribl: building observability pipelines at scale, routing data, planning cutovers, and reducing costs. I also train the people who run these platforms.
How I work
I manage AI agents like an engineering team.
Clear requirements, a roadmap, tracked stories, and acceptance criteria. Work is tested, reviewed, and released through Git. Agents get review gates, not authority.
